Wine Shop

Our winery produces small-batch, handcrafted wines, paying particular attention to detail. Reds are aged in French Oak barrels, producing award-winning premium wines. An extended ripening period enhances the fruit flavour and provides subtle tannin. The rich volcanic soils, natural springs and Winter frosts are conducive to cool climate viticulture.
